What we collect

Your first name, email and your assessment answers and scores. If you apply for coaching, the details you type into the form.

Why

To show you your report, to let Coach Eddy prepare for a call with you, and, if you agree, to send short coaching emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who sees it

Coach Eddy and the tools that run the business: our website host (Cloudflare) and our customer system. We don't sell your information. For Team Radix, employers only ever see combined numbers, never an individual's answers.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by messaging Coach Eddy on Instagram at @eddy_ortega30.
